Loving all the media today showing sweet happy pups and their owners! I hope that I can rejoin that happy place soon. I’m starting to get my little doggie clothing items posted in my shop – starting with this one! Thinking of getting dog (or other type of pet)? Don’t forget your local shelter! Adopting (and making sure your little fur baby is spayed/neutered and fully vaccinated) has never been easier than when working with a shelter or rescue organization!

Locally, our Flower Mound Animal Shelter works very hard to find loving suitable homes for animals turned in to them. If you do not have a nearby shelter, I have found that PetFinders is a great starting place for whatever breed and/or age you are seeking. As with any rescue/shelter – never send money to an organization that you haven’t fully evaluated. Even people/organizations with the very best of intentions can have less than stellar financial experience/practices. Always practice due diligence as you would with any financial transaction.
