We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. If you have any questions about a product, please contact us before placing your order. Over the years, we have found this to be the only safe alternative for selling art or crafts online.
We use only USPS for shipping and always insure packages. You will receive a tracking number and should retain that information along with your invoice from us. For refunds due to damaged items, you will need to contact USPS. The following link was accurate as of 2/20/2023 and explains what USPS needs in order to process a claim.

If you do receive damaged items, please do let us know. The last thing we want is for a customer to be unhappy regarding their purchase. Most of our items are one-of-a-kind and we cannot typically create an exact duplicate. But we would be very happy to discuss options with you and will do all we reasonably can to help with your purchase.
